Vincent did nothing but lied on everything with me! I asked about a battery back up and was told they banned them in FLA and there wired so when my grid goes down I will still have power! It's been 3 months and my Solor is still not up and running as of yet !!!!!! Would I recommend them NO WAY !!!

I am not aware of who Sungage is and what part they play with our solar system. It sounds like maybe they are involved in the financing, but I don't know for sure. Quite a bit about this solar installation is not well explained.

The easiest loan I ever took out. There are a lot of steps but Sungage was there to walk me through it.

Seamless and easy. Had to re-do my loan app for 2 tesla powerwalls since it took over 14 months from the original order to get them in due to back-order. They are in and working but still waiting on the "inspection". Will be paying monthly in line with my solar panel bill. So far no issues.

The process of supplying loan documents was inefficient and problematic. I was approved immediately. Then qsked for 2 documents. If i was asked ahead of time to have those documents then it would have gone smoother. The after that i was told another document would be necessary. Then another. I cant understand why you dont know ahead of time what you need and have to put your clients through weeks of hunting down and procuring documents. I very nearly abandoned the whole process as being too much bother.

Instalation was just half day. I was not at home and they just need open garage for it. I have my 12 Solar panels installed already just waiting they work soon
