Who ever it is that answers the phone right up to Eric, whether your a big investor or an enthusiastic professional individual, they always go the extra mile and treat you like family. I just can't fault them, it's so rare these days to find this attitude and very refreshing when you do.

After making my order online, I received a phone call the following day to check my details, for some reason which I cannot remember and the lady was polite, friendly and helpful. My order arrived promptly, as desired and with both parts packaged as one, preventing either from being lost in the post. All around good service and the student discount is quite substantial.

They sought to provide me with the technology that suited my needs and budget - what's more, they were prepared to provide me with support if I was unsure how to make it do what I wanted. These guys make technology human and give me the reassurance that I'm buying the right kit at the right price, and that I'll have that human touch to keep me right if I need help. From my experience in the industry, there are very few companies that you can say that about. First rate!
