Alex quickly and efficiently helped me to purchase and install QuickBooks desktop. I ran into some trouble with the install and he was able to jump into remote support mode to guide me though easily uninstalling my prior version and installing the new software. Personable and effective. What more could you want!? Highly recommend and will return for future purchases.

Horrible! Sold us outdated QB program that worked for 2 months. Would not issue a refund for this. Had to purchase again from Intuit. They could not solve our problems....worked on them for over a month. Worst experience ever! They are not proadvisors! Waste of time & money!!!! Stay away!!!! 07/31/24--Received text message from Jamie at QB Techs wanting me to take down this review. Informed him that I would not remove until we were issued a refund for the QB 2024 version. He told me that he would submit request for refund & I would receive an email within 7-8 business days. Still haven't had any correspondence from them. Crickets, crickets, crickets...... Very unprofessional! I stand by my review-----STAY AWAY!!
