United Kingdom | 27 February 2025Oh dear. it says that my parcel has been delivered but it has not. Perhaps most embarrassingly is that it says that the parcel was handed to the resident. NEVER USE THIS 'SERVICE' (if that's the word) EVER!!!! RUBBISH!!!!

United Kingdom | 26 February 2025Extremely unprofessional delivery driver, I Ordered furniture from Amazon, and when the delivery date this unprofessional delivery driver rang me and started blaming me He spoke very rude and unprofessionally saying I didn't put the address to deliver. So he only got my phone number and the parcel from his company to deliver which he put blame on me.

United Kingdom | 06 February 202515 days to deliver a package from the Uk to another UK address, with no way of tracking for order in real time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hungary | 31 January 2025Tracking has been stuck on “Collection Scheduled” for 7 days. Seller (musicmagpie) states that package has been handed over to the carrier. I don’t think I’ll ever see it arrive.

Portugal | 29 January 2025I was notified that an order from Ebay had been delivered, although nobody had rung the doorbell, so I went down to the porch but nothing was there. Two days later a neighbour came to my door with the package, he said that he had found it outside his door in the rain, he also said that he had told the delivery driver the package was not for him but the correct address and entrance was on the other side of the building. Obviously the driver just ignored him and just put the parcel down. Totally unacceptable.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025Item was collected from seller on 8th January and didn't even reach the hub. No communications. No updates. No way to get information. Seller is now having to make the item again. Assuming lost or stolen by the pick up courier but the item is personalised and therefore of no use to anyone other than myself. Seller using Royal Mail this time around.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2025What can I say that others haven't done so already? Tracking is non existent, takes them well over a week to pick something up, then it disappears into the ether. Shockingly bad courier. Music Magpie need to urgently review using them.

United Kingdom | 21 January 2025Whistl have "lost" 2 consignments from Music Magpie now. To me it seems they have a theft problem. Music Magpie need to consider the damage this company are doing to their reputation and look into another carrier, even if it means they have to charge a little more

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025No text or e-mail updates and delivery of my product was NEVER attempted to my home. They bought to a sorting office which was too far. But wasn't a viable option anyway as I had no delivery card to show. The most frustrating part was the tracking had said that delivery was attempted three times, which was untrue as I was home on all of the occasions. Awful service!

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025Ordered from MusicMagpie, just a cheap Blu-Ray, yet it went missing twice in a row, and after reading the other reviews on Trust Pilot, this seems to be a very normal (abnormal) experience. Depending on which Whistl official track site, it was ATDepot or Handed over to Royal Mail, and then vanished. Also since I see MusicMagpie is mentioned a few times, I wonder if Whistl have a bit of a theft problem,. I have no clue, but not gettings parcels one after the other isn't good.

Australia | 16 January 2025Parcel delayed. Awful tracking website. "Parcel at depot" - which depot, where ? Awful chatbot. No contact number for receivers. Had to pretend I was a retailer rather than a receiver to get any response to the online chat. Finally got an email saying they'd lost the parcel, blaming the Royal Mail and saying I had to go back to the retailer. Thing turns up in my letter box 3 hours later. In the words of the football chant, "Whistl - you don't know what you're doing" Avoid like the plague. I've told the retailer I won't buy from them if they continue to contract with Whistl to deliver their goods. I've more to do than chase them around.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Awful service. DO NOT USE! I bought some items on eBay and MusicMagpie used this company as the courier… absolutely worst! The item should’ve been delivered on the 9th (2-3 day delivery) and up to this date Whilst’s tracking system still shows “Collection scheduled”. No updates at all. Avoid this company at all costs. The reviews here are proof enough of how poor of a service they offer. I wonder what happened to my parcel. I hope I can at least get my money back as I have already wasted my time too.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2025I am baffled as to how this company is still in business. The last dealings I had with them they were supposed to deliver on a nominated day which I had paid for. I waited in all day but no delivery or explanation. A few days later I had an email saying they would deliver - no apology or even acknowledgement of their failure to deliver on the aforementioned nominated day! Sellers should avoid using them until they can prove that they are reliable and trustworthy.

United Kingdom | 02 January 2025ordered from a company that stated royal mail delivery but used whistl who in turn used evri who are the absolute worse , they dont even have a driver that will deliver to my address . avoid total waste of time

Ireland | 16 December 2024Avoid avoid avoid! If you are considering an online order from any retailer check first who may deliver your item . If its whistl or parcelhub as they rebranded you will be waiting and waiting and waiting. And forget about tracking your item. It never updates. It disappears into a vortex of "handed over to delivery partner " never to emerge. One never gets to find out the mysterious end mile delivery courier! There's no way of contacting either parcel hub or Whistl. even though they are members of the "good customer service " association. There's no support and no help.

United Kingdom | 06 November 2024I made a purchase on Ebay from Music Magpie who use Whisl. The tracking wasn't great and didn't update very often. Having read the reviews, and not knowing that the final delivery was through Royal Mail,I really didn't expect the items to arrive within the estimated date, I wasn't disappointed. But the package was only one day later than expected, so not as bad as I thought.
