So far it's been amazing. Compared to the likes of cheap hosting, these folks know what they're doing and provide such great support. I have signed up for their hosting offering, transferred domain, got my site and database setup in about 15 mins, had the support team help me at each step, what more could you ask for.

I've used Storm for well over 10 years now and the thing that stands out is that they have always provided great support. You always get replies to support tickets quickly and if things are urgent you can chat live over the internet. This time my problem was with the way a website had been developed, so nothing really to do with Storm and certainly not a run of the mill query, but they still provided an answer to my ticket within an hour that resolved my problem. 5 stars!
