Couldn't recommend Novopay highly enough. The customer service is the best I have dealt regarding card machines. You can always reach them easily whenever you need them and they are very proactive in helping you and solving any issues. No long wait times on the phone or anything. It feels like a very personal service and that is very rare with most of these companies.

I received my Novopay machine yesterday provided by Chris at Smart Utilities and started using it immediately. It’s brilliant. The system is easy to use and processes payments instantly. So far I can’t fault it.
