Have bought plate steak pies for the last 12 years this year total disaster meat inside was so large and hard and gristly were not interested when I complained obviously won’t use them again customer service appalling New Year’s Day dinner ruined

Booked for the pumpkin festival however on our date/ time slot the weather was atrocious to the point where we couldn’t have safely taken a 6 month in a pram and another toddler. We contact the place on the day by phone, no answer, then by e mail twice, no reply received. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Went to pick some strawberries and everything was fine. Parking ample,greeted by Martin a very polite gent, picking was as easy as can be with the strawbs at chest height so no bending down and i took my time and got about 3kg in less than 20 mins. All in all a very pleasant experience

Went to farm shop today and purchased steak pie and salt & pepper potatoes for tea. Got home and surprised to see no guidance on cooking times or temperatures. Perhaps this information may have been useful. Took 1 hr 30 mins to cook potatoes ...been quicker doinv my own

Year after year I take my kids to this place and they’ve never failed me so far . However this year I booked an event and it got postponed. So I made a request for a refund. Several weeks later, calls, messages. Nobody has rang me back nor refunded. I’m so disappointed with their customer service. It’s as if they are refusing to refund because it’s a small amount! But the ignoring is what’s bothered me more. Blatant ignorance. Purchase events at your risk!
