A & F Property Group in Burnham-On Sea have provided me with excellent Customer Service whilst renting out my property. I particularly like the fact that they respond to me quickly and in an efficient and professional manner. The checks that they do are very comprehensive and the property check reports that are carried out on a regular basis are comprehensive and detailed. ( not tick sheets that I have had from other property companies). If there are any maintenance issues they are very responsive and always send through quotes. They have a good team to carry out maintenance and emergency repairs. The office is manned by Debbie, Paul and Rachel and they are always at the end of the phone to assist and help with any queries . I would have no hesitation of recommending them to any landlord thinking of putting their property in their capable hands.
