United States | 14 February 2019The worst central vacuum company. First they're unpatriotic and second their customer service is horrific and 3rd the quality is terrible. Experiencing problems after owning it just 3 years. Management and ownership does not want to speak to customers because we're not important to them. They have great reviews on their website but beware they only accept five-star ratings because they pick and choose which reviews they want to keep on their website. Just another fraudulent company trying to make a quick dollar off consumers. Before investing in a very expensive central vacuum system for your home make sure you do your homework before deciding on MD Central Vac.
