Ordered Floor vinyl prints. 2 weeks later still no update on the order. Email them but didn't get a response. Phoned them on multiple occasions but another sister company answers and can only "pass on" a message. Do not use this company!!!!

I've actually left a 5 star review in the past as my last experience was fantastic. This time however has been the total opposite. Ordered a banner on 29th August. Website stated "order today and receive your banner by X date" (about 5 days from order date) 3 weeks later still not ready. Every time I call I get through to their parents company, who tries to go through to them but can't get through. The one time they did, the person on the phone was told to see if they could deal with my enquiry. They told me the order would be ready on a certain date and that they would ring me the day before. Yet didn't take an order number or name off me to know what my order was... I can't even get through now to request a refund...

Needed a stage banner for my band and needed it pretty quick so looked locally and found these guys. Ordering process was super easy, got a phone call when it was done from a very friendly member of the team and the quality of the product was fantastic.
