I use Blucando monthly maintenance contract and they accessed my computer, made sure that all systems were working, fixed any issues and explained how I could access the files I needed. I had pop ups coming up repeatedly, claiming to be from Norton, FB, Captcha & McCaffee saying that I had a trojan, a virus or 'suspicious activity' on my system' - even one saying that my phone would be blocked soon. They were all red & yellow, with skull & crossbones etc. & getting quite scary. All the while my own antivirus was saying my system was OK . As I couldn't block anything myself I rang up Blucando this morning & Ben Wright sorted it out - remotely - in less than 5 minutes!! Thank you, Ben & Blucando.

They were fantastic they managed to retrieve all the photos etc I thought were lost and then helped me with a new storage area. They were so kind and patient and I can’t thank them enough.
