I was so pleased at the professionalism of this service. The equipment was set up two hours in advance. The last thing we would have wanted was trails of wires and cameras in our face at our mothers funeral. It was all so subtle it didn’t impose itself on the speakers. Relatives in Malta, Switzerland and Australia all watched and felt they had been present. The quality was very good and I would highly recommend this service.

We have a lot of family abroad who were not able to attend my mum’s funeral and were asking if there was going to be a weblink. I didn’t know where to start but found Scott Davey funeral filming. Scott was very helpful from the start. He was very professional and the weblink and subsequent film were of the highest quality. Friends and Family who couldn’t be with us felt they were able to pay their respects to Mum and be part of the celebration of her life. The funeral directors were very impressed too. I could not recommend him more highly.

Scott has, without being obtrusive, live streamed or for viewing after or downloading, made an excellent film of my father's farewell church service. It was done for those unable to attend but is also a fascinating time shot of the family and friends. The funeral and celebration of the life of my wife, Marion, took place on 16 September. It was a joyous uplifting occasion; a wonderful, fitting tribute to a very special Christian lady. The service was filmed and live-streamed at the time, and recorded by Scott Davey.. I was nervous about whether this would work but the cameraman, Scott Davey, put my mind at rest. In the event, it was viewed simultaneously with the congregation in St Giles, Ashtead, Surrey, - in California (at 6am their time), Florida, Toronto, Perth (Australia), Stockholm (Sweden), and several parts of the UK. All who have responded so far have remarked on the clarity of the filming and the quality of the sound. Several have been very complimentary about the choir and the music. Not only that; the recording of the whole occasion is (somehow) stored on the same website and will be able to be seen for some time by anyone who was not available at the time and wants to, and by others of us who want to see it again. Scott did an absolutely brilliant job filming my Mam’s funeral. Everything about how it was undertaken was just right. So many people have asked us who we used and there has been no hesitation in our telling them! The quality of both the live-stream and the recording was excellent, but you would have been hard-pushed to have noticed any equipment. Scott himself was unobtrusive throughout, and he was punctual, professional and friendly. The actual event, as with all major Life Events, passed ridiculously quickly and it has been wonderful to be able to sit quietly and watch the whole thing again. Scott’s prices are extremely competitive, but his work is invaluable.

I haven't watched the recording myself but I'm told the streaming of the service was excellent. Great sound and picture quality and that was with no wifi at the Church. Dealing the Scott was a really pleasant experience at what was a difficult time and he made the whole process easy. Elderly relatives who were unable to make the Service and others who were away on holiday were delighted to be able to join the day via the live stream. I definitely recommend.

Scott was fantastic. We had an initial conversation in which he explained the service he provides. He understood that my family was experiencing a difficult period, following the death of my mum and he was friendly, professional and clear. Due to the nature of the event, we actually had very little contact with Scott on the day of the funeral mass, but from our conversation we felt we were in safe hands. We chose the two camera option for the live stream. It went really well and we had a link to download so that we could keep the recording permanently. Live streaming an event like a funeral is a one-shot deal; and we can’t recommend Scott highly enough.

I was feeling pretty stressed at the idea of streaming Mum's funeral back home for her relatives that could not come. Would I get an internet signal, would it stay online, would the picture be ok, would I pick up the priest speaking OK, would my phone or laptop cut out while I left it unattended. But one short call with Scott and I relaxed. I had nothing more to worry about with filming and Scott and his team would take care of everything. Funeralfilming were at the church before I arrived early and had set everything up and the filming was just perfect. Everyone that watched was really happy, and it could not have gone better.
