Creating a web front end was very easy. There were times I needed to contact customer support and they responded within 2 hours of posting mon-fri. They don’t work weekends in support, although you can still leave a message. The website has a help button on most screens. It was easy to subscribe & they offered a discount for monthly vs yearly.

Our HOA has been using HOA-Express for the past five years, and we've been very impressed by the quality of the website, the ease of registering new homeowner accounts, and the convenience of providing online payment options for our homeowners. I have looked at several HOA management apps and have found HOA-Express to offer the best cost/benefit performance. Their website development facility is excellent -- easy to learn and use, flexible, adaptable and comprehensive. Their customer support is superb: I have posted several questions over the weeks I have been using the program, and they always answer within two or three hours (except on weekends). Their online help is also very thorough. I know there are other programs that provide a few more features (at a considerably higher cost), but for our HOA, HOA-Express is perfect. For example, their access-control function is very well thought out, and allows our board to allow members, tenants, contractors, etc. to each have their own access rights to the several web pages. We also use the site to keep documents for board-only access where appropriate, and even to enable Resale Package compilation. I highly recommend it.

Our condo association has existed without a website for many years. As a new board member, I was tasked with the assignment to create one for our HOA. Not having much experience with website creation, I was excited to discover HOA Express. My first zoom meeting with Meredith at HOA Express went exceedingly well, as she guided me thru the setting up of a domain name and the easy to use templates, in order to create our own unique personalized site. Within 2 weeks of going live with the site, all of our unit owners have registered and are now active users. As the administrator for our website, I have found that implementing many of our unit owners requests and the uploading of files and documents to be very easy and intuitive to manage. First, the HOA Express web building system is a walk in the park - super user friendly. And, even better, if you need "tech assistance" the staff is extremely responsive, technically competent and just plain cheerful. Very competitive price structure is icing on the cake. Our community loves our new HOA Express website.

After exploring Wix and Go Daddy website portals, I decided that HOA Express was most appropriate for building my condo association website. It was definitely the right choice. While costing a few dollars more per month than the others, it is well worth it for several reasons: the platform is tailored to homeowner or condo associations so all the needed pages and member rosters are designed for such users so there is very little design needed and the data on members and documents are simply loaded into the existing pages. While I am comfortable with computers and standard software, I didn’t know anything about building a website and was very anxious to take it on for fear of it being too complex and time-consuming. Neither was the case. It was simple, easy and quick. From start to finish, I had it done in just over a week of part time work. But that’s not the best of it! The best surprise was the technical support that I received from Meredith through the online chat. It started with an “onboarding call” where she introduced the platform and, since I had spent 3-4 hours already exploring and testing the site, she answered all of my questions easily and all of the features that I wanted and needed on the site were already there. But what happened in the following 10 days was what made all of the difference to me. Meredith kept our chat open and responded almost immediately to all of my many questions – sometimes late into the evening with clear and concise answers and screenshots to make it easy for me to resolve my questions and complete whatever task I was working on. She was patient, knowledgeable, very responsive, and totally clear on her answers and helped me deal with a couple of unique issues that she could easily have passed on. I am shocked by how easy it was to set up the website so quickly and by Meredith’s great support. She treated me like I was her only customer and made me feel totally comfortable in administering the site going forward. I am the web developer for an association of over 300 HOAs in Arizona. I have been developing HOA websites for over a year using hoa-express. I have found the recent support to be very slow. I receive glib answers which only make the issue worse. I have chosen to no longer utilize their services.
