What a lovely company to deal with. Noticed a bargain on the website, miss priced. Paid for it(before someone else did) then phoned as i had paid by credit card and a company is not obliged to accept the payment. Alan was fine about it and we done a deal where i got a great deal and he did not lose money on it. Brilliant guy to talk to as well, offered me alternatives and even told me where i would likely get a better deal elsewhere on a different coin. Coin was packaged and sent within the day and arrived next day. Well packaged and secured. No hesitation in recommending Alan and Sovereigncellar to one and all.
