I bought the backpack for my daughter expecting her second baby and shes delighted with it can't wait to use it the delivery pf the bag was very prompt delighted with the service

Our baby is 1 month old. I got this whilst pregnant, used the bag from day 1, love the adaptability, eg. Oodles of options for storing bits n bobs with the various pockets and the options with the back straps. Would love a clip inside to keep keys safe… tired parents need somewhere secure for those! But like I said, on the whole super happy I splurged on a sturdy, funky looking changing backpack both myself and my partner feel comfortable using.

Perfect nappy bag! Just what I was looking for. Nice size, not too big. Compartments inside to separate and organize everything, so it makes it easy to see. Changing mat and water bottle cooler inside which is a bonus. Great neutral colour, which means you can look stylish too!

Great nappy bag - second I’ve purchased from Babybel. Get a ton of people asking me where it’s from - great quality and more practical than most on the market. Fast delivery too - definitely recommend this company.

A lovely compact and attractive bag.

My ordered was never delivered the first time around by DHL and it was never followed up by DHL or Babymel. When I contacted Babymel , you did send a new one asap which arrived in 3/4 days. However still not good enough as an expecting mum I couldn’t pack my hospital bag. I had to all together wait more than 10 days.

Great product, delivery was quicker than stated at the time of order - it said up to 5 working days I think, but we received about 2 days after ordering (which was on a Sunday). The price was also cheaper than we could find anywhere else so are very happy with the experience and would order from them again..

I contacted your company as I wanted next day delivery but it didn't seem to be available on your website. The friendly and helpful lady I spoke to said that she would contact the warehouse and make my parcel a priority. I received the bag in time for my event and the recipient was very pleased with it. Love this changing bag, easy to order, delivered quickly and super perfect for organising all our changing bits. Particularly love the fact it can go on the back of the pram so I don’t have to carry it.

Babymel couldn’t do enough for me. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced. Unfortunately I returned the item as it wasn’t suitable. But will definitely order from them in the future.

Delivery was prompt, the bag looks amazing. It’s a gift for my daughter so not used yet , however chatted to a lady who had one the same and she loves it .

Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had an issue with my new mum friend collecting her parcel and the friendly and efficient help I received made the whole process a pleasure. Bag is lovely too and made from recycled plastic bottles. Win win!

Absolutely love the bag we got. So convenient with all it’s compartment, specially the pouch to keep the wipes on the side that i can pull out wipes from so easily. Genuinely a game changer when you have a clingy child and by yourself to reach for things and know where exactly everything goes in those compartments. Definitely recommend it!

Really impressed with this bag. I chose it from a review online and it had everything I was hoping for. Very practical but also looks great. Communication and delivery were excellent and we loved the free gift we got with our purchase!

Baby bag came on time, very efficient, and really happy with it. I would say I feel like the front pocket could be a bit more spacious. Also the baby wipe pocket on the side does not properly fit a pack of baby wipes which is a shame but overall, really good quality

Great bag with a lot in mind for parent ie can do most things one handed such us grab a wipe, unzip bag and stash phone away in secret pocket. Holds a decent amount too. Only drawbacks are sometimes the straps are tricky when putting it on as a backpack as the handle slides through causing a bit of fixing. The front buttons could be more magnetic so the almost automatically closed with ease. Otherwise I like my bag a lot and feel comfortable wearing it. Worked well on a holiday abroad for a week with a 8 week old and a 4 yr old.
