The quality of this dressing/makeup table and mirror is amazing! I didnt even know it had a light. Very impressed with the product and the overall services. It was delivered within 3 business days. I also changed my delivery address a day prior to delivery and the lady that took the phone call was so pleasant and reassured me everything was going to be updated.

Dealing with extremely late deliveries from warehouse in the past very frustrating. Although my last order was quicker than ever , hoping it stays that way for me to give a better review .

I have been using Amr for a number of year now I think since 2010-2011 and the bigger they have got the poorer the service is the slower the orders come and the website is much hard to use than the previous one the yellow site nothing ever went wrong! The least order I received was a mess there was tubes of colours not in boxes and lots of boxes were ripped and then a be colour had not seal inside the lid and leaked in the box! And the foil I don’t order anymore as it doesn’t rip nicely! I’m sad that the company has gotten so big and the service and quality has taken a fall.

Paid for next day shipping, took over a week to receive my order. They refunded some Of my shipping after explaining since i live in TAS it takes longer....would be nice to know before i chose That option (that apparently isn’t even an option for me). I appreciate the refund and great customer service on the phone I’m just not a fan of false ads

I’ve been using Amr for some time now and have had problems with stock taking up to a week and a half to arrive on one occasion, also I’ve had to ring back and ask for invoices to be sent and there has also been a case when some stock wasn’t sent but was charged for in the invoice
