I had no luck getting a replacement LED tube for a ceiling light at the usual DIY outlets so I emailed the manufacturers, Endonlighting. Within minutes, Georgina in Endon's customer services reassured me that tubes were available as spares and she provided the part number for order via retail. The ladies at my local stockist, emalighting, stepped up and ordered me replacement tubes which arrived within a couple of days. Very impressed and pleased with both Companies: If you want support after purchase, you'll get it from ENDON and EMA. THANK YOU!

Exceptional knowledge at the Cardiff branch and would recommend going very good selection and bought quite a few items and was taken care of by the lovely staff it has that old fashioned values feeling but ultra modern lights we will definitely be going back

I recently purchased some Laura Ashley lights at EMA Lighting Neath, and received excellent service. Both Linda and Lisa were knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. My lights arrived in perfect condition and there was excellent communication at all times. I do not hesitate to recommend this store.

Looks good but not installed yet

Really good service, fast delivery, good price

I found the showroom well stocked and an impressive selection to browse and look at . The staff were most helpful and pointed us in the right direction when we asked them questions. There may be cheaper options out there but i would rather a quality item bought from a local retailer than some dodgy site with no customer support. highly recommend a visit. Ps there is plenty of parking available and if not in stock goods can be delivered direct to your home/business.
