Horrible experience. Second time purchasing and apparently you sell close to expire products and have it when purchasing but if you don't pay attention, you will not know this from anywhere else such as order confirmation or anything. Buy at your own risk. When I asked if they could ask the supplier for an extension, they said no this was not possible. Which I know is not true because I deal with many different vendors. I purchased several bags to use for my commercial bakeryy and I cannot use expired product Stacey Greenwald pretty much told me no refunds, even though it says on the website 90 day return, but apparently is not for food. Of course they just wanted to trick me into purchasing expired product and said too bad if you didn't pay attention before the check out. I've ordered almost 70 bags of this Irca Cacao powder and I was going to continue to buy more and more but now I will never buy from this company again after the horrible treatment. Now I'll have to put $500 in the trash because this company will not work with me on doing a return for unexpired product. I literally received 5 days close to expired product. How in the world would I be ok with using this? Or using it on time?
