The company and products are okay until you try to return an item, they make it impossible for you, three times I e mailed to ask for a returns label, not once did I get a reply, they give you a link to get a returns label but you can't get through the pages, not one reply from them, will never use them again

Ce site est très sérieux et à l'écoute de ses clients. Les crashbar étaient de bonne qualité mais légèrement abîmés suite à une livraison plus que brutale. Le service clientèle a répondu rapidement et corrigé ce petit désagrément illico, à mon entière satisfaction. Je ne peux que recommander ce site les yeux fermés. Matériel conforme et montage avec visserie fournie aisée.

Die Abwicklung der Rücksendung ist bei motea.com mit kostenfreiem Rücksendeaufkleber sehr einfach. Und das ist glaube ich einmalig in Deutschland, Motea sendet per Email sofort nach dem Abgeben der Rücksendung bei Post eine Info dass die Sendung auf dem Rückweg ist und dann auch die Sendeverfolgung Daten. Noch etwas einmaliges: Motea hat im Angebot eine klappbare Badewanne für ganz kleine Bäder die sich in eine Dusche mit Schiebetüren auf Duschtasse und einschieben lässt! Dabei füllt sich das Baden wie in einer festen Badewanne weil die klappbare feste Wände hat und man jede Zeit Wasser teilweise (in die Duschtasse) ablassen kann und auch heißes von dem Dusch Wasserhahn nachgießen kann. Man braucht zwar dazu einen Unterbau, das kann man einfach auch selber machen: Ein Brett ca 120 bis 130 cm x 50 cm + 2 Stützen aus dem gleichen Brett ( ein in er Höhe des Außenrand der Duschtasse und ein innen) + 4 Klappscharniere zusammenschrauben und fertig.

Basically, you end up in a loop of FAQ’s referring to standard answers. You have to dig really deep to find a contact form.

The product itself is good but as I bought the item from what I thought was the UK side of the company I was not expecting to pay import fees but today I received an invoice from UPS for "customs fees". Having looked at the order page more thoroughly and scroll down to the bottom it does mention that some additional fees may apply but this is a bit mis leading and IS NOT a UK arm of the company in reality, more a badge of convenience.

I ordered a crash bar for my bike on 8/9/24 . I am still waiting for it. I have tried several times to get intouch but nothing. Tried calling them on the number they have and just get cut off. Tried now 4 times. £165 it cost me for this item, looks like I won't be getting it.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ITS A RIP OFF.

Beställde och betalade en skyddsbåge i slutet av Juni. Då den inte kommit till mitten av November kontaktade jag dom. Då fick jag en ny leveranstid till Mars 2025..:-(. Ska försöka häva ordern.
