Prima spullen voor een mooie prijs maar voor vragen of bij problemen is Motea volledig onbereikbaar. Slechte website met niet werkende link naar de klantenservice. Wellicht dat er wel reactie komt op een slechte review zodat ik alsnog mijn vraag kan stellen. Erg jammer.

Ich habe schon sehr viel bei Motea bestellt und war immer zu frieden. Sehr schnelle Lieferung und die Qualität ist nicht schlechter als beim Händler um die Ecke! Der Service funktioniert perfekt und man fühlt sich sehr gut betreut! Ich werde sicher wieder bei Motea kaufen und kann es nur empfehlen! 5 👍🏻 hoch!

Jeg mangler en pakke fra dato31/08-24 jeg har ikke set eller hørt noget om min pakke, det er virkelig ringe hold jer langt væk fra dem. det kostede mig 375 kr.

Website is a mess, even more so on the phone. Many parts are universal yet marked as bike specific (false advertising btw). Checked items on YouTube to see if how to mount them or if any additional work had to be done, turns out what they put up on their website and what is on yt might be utterly different to what you've ordered (false advertising again btw). They will take your money and will say the item is sent or in transit but, honestly, no one knows where your package is or when it'll arrive as they give you an estimate of when your order will arrive but "because of customs" your order might be delayed (like mine which I placed on the 9th of October, said to be delivered by the 17th, yet upon checking with ups, its estimated to arrive on the 22nd....joke of a company). Anyways, their tracking option is trash, saying bs just to seem like something is happening, so you might as well just use ups tracking, at least ups sends you to an english site and not finnish like motea does. All in all, they false advertise, tracking is a bunch of bs, and the estimated delivery dates are just to make the emails seem more full cause the actual estimates don't mean anything. Probably will be the last time I'll order from these incompetent fools

Great company ordered on the 14th October landed on my doorstep on the 18th October. They Emailed me every step of the way. Think my son will be well pleased with the panniers that I got him for his Keeyway superlight 125 for Christmas. Would order from here again.

ich habe 2 Sachen bestellt und bin sehr unzufrieden. 1. Eine Kofferbox für den Sozius 460.- (Street Glide Special) bei der ich die Löcher selber irgendwie abmessen musste ohne Anleitung,Dann die Löcher bohren musste und einfach nichts vormontiert war. 2.Eine Sissybar 160.-die für mein Model geeignet ist aber hinten und vorne nicht passt. Leider habe ich wegen der unpassigkeit des Produkts mein Motorrad verkratzt.(Stinksauer) Nie wieder bestelle ich bei Motea.ch

Besteld bij Motea en 5 dagen later producten in huis, goede kwaliteit en pasvorm. Ook netjes op de hoogte gehouden van het verzendproces. Ben zeer tevreden.

Produit qui revend des produits chinois que on trouve aussi sur d'autres sites chinois très bien connus. Les ristournes faramineuses sur les prix en sont la démonstration.

Die Lieferung war prompt und der Rabatt super! Nächste Bestellung wieder über Motea.

DID not received my parcel having paid in full postage packing handling to the cost £169.79. And to make things worse iv just received a invoice from UPS for £53.26 can not speak costumer service what a joke hopefully they might read this

There are a lot of different reviews so here is mine. Order and discount went perfect with no issues. On the delivery part, my order was stolen so I wrote them and they responded very fast and didn't even hesitate to propose either a refund or send a second time my order (ngl I was chocked how fast they tried to help me) After a lot of problem with the delivery guys that didn't want to give me my order. I finally got it. To conclude they really tried their best to help me and I'm very thankful for it (it's the reason why I'm doing this review) And a little negative point is that the instructions were a little unclear but clear enough to do it by yourself ! Overall, I would recommend them if you want one of the products. Thx for reading

Commande de sacoches cavalières pour mon Indian, passée début octobre 2024, et je viens de recevoir un mail m'indiquant que la livraison n'interviendrait que fin février 2025 !!! Ce n'est pas du tout ce qui était précisé lors de la commande. Jamais je n'aurais commandé un article avec une livraison à 5 mois.... C'est scandaleux et inadmissible. Entreprise à fuir absolument !! Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux. Le SAV est déplorable.
