I’ve been into this shop on two occasions, and both times the owner has been unnecessarily rude. No wonder it’s closing.

Delivery team went the extra mile to help get it into the house after the usual routes proved too tight. They were patient and resourceful, total legends. Sofas great too!

Very friendly & knowledgeable team who took the time to discuss what I was looking for (& multiple changes!). Delivery was spot on, I could not be happier with my sofa !

I ordered some glasses in February 2021 for a friends birthday in March. There was a delay on the glasses so Do South wrote to tell me they would be back in stock in May. Come may I don’t hear anything and have to chase. They tell me there has been further delay in July and they will update me as soon as they can - no update to follow. I contact them end of July and they confirm that they will have them in stock on October 5th. I hear nothing and chase them on October 21st. Still nothing. They have offered me a refund but that just lets them off the hook. I have waited patiently for the products I ordered and have been understanding with no reciprocation on effort from them. It’s really disappointing and I’d suggest you don’t bother with Do South - they’re disorganized and pretty terrible service.

The service was just impeccable. Responded efficiently to emails and queries. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be buying from Do South again
