Tried to get someone to look at our floor that has efflorescence problem first phone call told didn’t do that, second call as thought had wrong number as website said able to treat professionally explained just rang told didn’t do treatment female said yes they do but no guarantee could fix problem so transferred me to who she thought I originally dealt with he still said he had no idea and I hadn’t spoke to him basically unhelpful and rude people

After 4 phone calls asking how to get to our property, I was almost going to say, don,t bother, and I wish I had done so.When the person did arrive, he announced that our property is very hard to find! No it is not I said.Had he bothered to do a little research before he left would have helped. He did not introduce himself , smile, or have any form of ID.I could hardly understand his accent, and had to beg your pardon repeatedly. His regrouting was very basic, he left bits of stuff on the floor, I had to provide the paper towels to clean down the shower, and he used my bath to clean off his tools.So unprofessional and tardy, I will never use this business again
