Quick delivery. Nora maxi 3 and Bloomers maxi 3: size just right, extremely soft and comfortable to wear. Very well made, the patterned set are lovely. My only thought is the strength of the poppers, takes just a little more effort to open and close, but better than being too flimsy! Wash and dry very well. Soaked first in cold water with a bit of washing liquid for clothes, the whites came out beautifully white, and the colours didn’t run. Would definitely buy again.

Great product

Great service all around, so wouldn't hesitate to order from again.

I have been using bloom and Nora pads for over a year and loving them. This week I needed to go back to disposables (due to being on holiday) and I can’t believe how much better bloom and Nora pads are. I’ve leaked, been bothered by smells and had itching and movement for the first time since I switched. I was very nervous to make the change but there’s now no way I would go back!

Laura in customer services, who was friendly and polite, offered to replace but I decided, rather than pay postage again to return, to keep the original order and buy again as intended. Amazing quality and are very comfortable.

Excellent liners, extremely comfortable to wear yet breathable; no more dodgy smells as a result of wearing disposable liners! So easy to use and wash, even by hand and they dry extremely quickly which is always a plus too! Huge relief to know I'll never run out of liners with these in constant rotation. I love how much these have helped me to cut down on the amount of waste I produce from sanitary products. I feel confident wearing these too with a menstrual cup as they can absorb any leakage effectively. Only downside I can think of is the popper fasteners could be a little longer/more elastic to stretch underneath the gusset of different types of underwear, but are otherwise good at staying in place. So glad I made the investment; worth every penny!

Very efficient customer service

I never received my order. I've placed an order and a week later still haven't received a dispatch notification etc. I got in touch with the customer service who informed me that the order got stuck in their back system. They assured they will process the order straight away. A day or so later, the order still hasn't been dispatched (that was their last chance to redeem themselves) at which point I've cancelled the order. I'm just wondering what would happen if I didn't call, would I have never receive the order for which I was charged?! Poor customer service. Expected more from a company such as yours.

I'm older, with a small stress incontinence problem (sneezing, hefting a small grandchild etc) so I've tried some mediums. Fast delivery, the product is good, but I don't think I need the waterproof backing. Some I bought without (they have fleece instead) are fine too. But then, I don't have a heavy flow. Really do recommend, I throw them in with my towel wash (I don't use fabric conditioner in that wash), washed up fine.

As an older person these are absolutely ideal for those leaky moments especially when I’m near home. It’s called key in the door syndrome. Saved me many times.
