I've purchased from this company roundabout the time it was first established and I've only ever had a problem once and that was in regard to the delivery company themselves who delivered to the wrong address. Other than that I'd say they are pretty great and the cost of their own brand is very cheap compared to other brands out there, also the quality of the liquids are great overall as they do not mess up your coil as often as some heavier liquids. It's a shame that they stopped making the cuppachino liquid though as that was my favourite for many years, since I've switch too Caffè latte which is sweeter and is very nice overall but it's not like the previous as different taste altogether. decent and cost effective, is all I really have to get into here as like I said.. never had a problem with them in particular before I have nothing bad to say about this company as they offer liquid at a reasonable price, and definitely get a 5 star from me as they are very reliable as a whole and also offer a sub based service that supplies you once a month if your into that :)
