Sue observed, listened and diagnosed very quickly with a kind and professional manner. Looking forward to beginning my treatment with a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.

Very professional and friendly , but £600 for 10 minutes work ??????? It takes to me a week or more to earn that sort of money and especially in these times ????

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!! They are not bothered about customer care/service. I paid a lot of money to have my earlobe repaired. I had a slight split from my earring and wanted it stitched and repaired. All was fine until my stitches came out, I felt my wound literally pop open when stitches were removed resulting in bleeding (a sign of them coming out too early) Sue said it would heal fine, after a few weeks I went back as I wasn’t happy. The back of my ear still has a hole. Sue was reluctant to do anything and palmed me off saying leave it for 6 months to heal fully. It’s now a year on. I have a pitted scar on my lobe and a small hole behind my lobe. I had a second opinion by a professional yesterday who confirmed shoddy work. I contacted Sue saying I’m still not happy and would either like it fixed or money back so I can get it fixed and I just received a unhelpful rude response and she hasn’t offered anything to fix the problem. She doesn’t care as she’s already been paid. I will be taking this further and reporting her and her clinic. I didn’t want to have to result in shaming on social media and inline but she gave me no choice. Do your research and steer clear!!! AVOID THESE MONEY GRABBERS!!!!

My daughter came in to clinic today to have her ears pierced. The hygiene measures in place were excellent and we felt very safe. More than that though, my daughter has had a genuine, very real, phobia of needles /procedures for years now and we have had an attempt at ear piercing elsewhere but she was just too scared. Elan was recommended by a friend and I can see why. Amy was absolutely amazing with her. She picked up on my daughter’s nerves and handled it perfectly. I was so impressed by her and very grateful too. Amy read my daughter perfectly and did everything right for her. I am so pleased and my daughter has come away with a new found confidence. Sounds dramatic but Amy has made a big difference today and has now eroded a bit of that fear for the future - thank you so much.
