Ordered a gift online. There was an issue with the courier (outside of the Welsh Cheese Company’s control) delaying the gift. Owner Tom responded very quickly to my voicemail and whilst he had no more luck contacting the courier than I had he resolved the issue really well. I would certainly order from them again. The product was good, the packaging was good and the customer care was brilliant.

Unbelievable the speed of the delivery is insane i ordered loads of cheese and crackers yesterday morning and they have arrived this morning everything was well packaged everything is perfect can't wait for my mam my friend and partner to try them of course i'll have to try some of my partners they look to good not to i will definitely be ordering more in the near future Thank you
