The cheese came in time for Christmas, the packaging was great and my family loved it.

We ordered a small hamper box for Xmas. This should have included 5 cheeses , crackers and a chutney. The cracker were damaged and a cheese was missing. Following a quick email etc., they immediately replaced the crackers plus the missing cheese (Perl las) and an additional cheese. Great customer service. Thanks

I was unable to collect my Christmas order as my husband had been unexpectedly taken into hospital. I contacted The Welsh Cheese Company to let me know and they immediately rang me to arrange delivery. I was so touched by their kindness and willingness to help. Of course the cheese was as good as ever but the excellent customer service really made my day.
