Order was "returned to sender" before it arrived. Customer service email was "not found." This is a scam!

took forever to receive, smelled bad, and was cheaply made. i never used this purse. bought american.

We purchased based on a delivery date. Not only was the delivery date missed by the 6 weeks until Christmas, it never showed up. We had to use the credit card company to cancel the payment as no one from Katherine would respond.

Literally non existent customer service. First I had no idea my item was coming from China when I placed my order (nothing on web-site that says your package will be shipped from China). Then there was no shipment tracking to know when or even if your package was going to arrive (all it said was it’s in China somewhere). It took over a month from when I ordered my item to when it arrived. I ended up going and buying a different present because I thought I’d been scammed. I ended up spending double on the Christmas gift I ordered in November because it didn’t arrive until after Christmas.

The bag was decent but is a no name brand. I paid $70 for a no name bag. It was shipped in a bag completely empty so it was collapsed and not shaped like a backpack anymore. It had a very strong smell as well. I would not have purchased this bag for the price.

Its totally different than what you are shown in the pictures.. never trust online shopping.. i wonder they send the products from China and deduct the money in USD dollar.. Not fair at all.. I shopped here from Australia and they took my money in USD dollar. The quality of the bag was not satisfied at all..

After months of researching I've finally found the perfect bag. The material is soft and the style is cute. As a mom I needed a bag that's big enough to carry everything I needed for me and all the baby stuff. This stylish bag will replace my old diaper bag. It has many packets inside so it will keep me organized. This is my to go bag for everyday use. Love it. I would definitely recommend it.
