I decided to use crates to move house instead of boxes. They were so sturdy and stock really well. Service from company was also really good. They emailed to remind you that your return date was coming up. Would definitely use them again!

The crates made our move run like clockwork and the removals so much easier with carrying etc.

Crate Hire UK is a great supplier to work with. They strive to look after their clients. We hired over 200 crates from them over the last couple of months. The delivery man once helped me carry crates to the second floor of our office. Having to deal daily with different contractors and suppliers, I know just how frustrating they can be! Different story with Crate Hire UK, it really is such a fab service from beginning to end - easy and simple to use with great customer service! I love the fact I always speak with the same person who looks after our account and knows what going on, rather than just an operator in a call centre! And you don't even have to call, you can drop them an e-mail to extend your hire, which is great!

Fantastic service, easy to use and easy to amend when required. Have amended my order a few times via email and its been fine. Slight hitch with the delivery of my grates but the service was fantastic and had a call back and my correct order within 2 hours. Only issue I have is with the high delivery and pick up costs but this is common practice for all crate hire. Will definitely recommend and use again

Would recommend. Would use again. Not as expensive as you would think. I got 10 empty crates in my Vectra so no need for delivery.
