Truly great service! Rang to order a ladder on a Thursday which I needed the following week. The guy said he would make me one that day and get it dispatched to me for delivery on the Tuesday. All as promised, and a very good quality ladder. Spot on, and British made!!

Excellent communication from supplier. Tower was received in the timescale given and all components expected were included. The tower is easy to assemble and disassemble and the ridged poles cover health and safety issues that may have arisen with smooth poles. All in all excellent service and product. Do not normally bother to fill in these reviews but took the time for this supplier as they have providied an excellent fast and efficient service. They got me a spare stabiliser delivered unbelieveably quickly (my site is in Scotland) after one of my site labourer numpties managed to break it !!

Brilliant service let down by delivery people missing one part

The equipment was found to be bumped and bruised on arrival. Although this is not necessarily detrimental to the operation or safety of the kit, it was disappointing when one has paid money in good faith for a brand new item. On fastening the ladder together one of the supplied bolts was found to be longer than the others. The condition of the equipment was reported to the supplier. They did apologise but no offer of any kind of recompense. Their reasoning for the damage was that it must have been suffered "in transit". If that was the case shouldn't the goods have been packed better with maybe an offer of a replacement and a claim on the carrier.

This is a well-enginered piece of equipment and is versatile enough to tackle a range of jobs including decorating and hedge trimming. It is light, yet sturdy and robust and easy to climb. Assembly might prove a little perplexing at first because the instructions and component diagrams could be a bit clearer but after a couple of wrong turnings it is easy to retrace and start again. It's obvious once you've built it. For the money this is a really great buy.
