United Kingdom | 17 September 2024I have been a client since 2021, when I joined the customer service was amazing, they used to go above and beyond to help me, now 2024 September and I have not been able to get in contact with them all year. All of their numbers are dead, they do not reply to emails, online forms or Instagram messages. My contract is due to end beginning of 2025 and I need to speak to someone about the future arrangements. This is terrible, please can someone contact me!

It’s always difficult buying cars but George made the process simple. Sourced and delivered the car at a convenient time for me. Thanks again AMC.

United Kingdom | 21 May 2021If I could give this company a 0 I would! I part exchanged my old car for a new one with a price which was agreed on for my old car. They delivered my new car In an absolute state, stains all over the seats and the window screen wipers broke. Next they told me I don’t have proof of service history so the value of my old car would devalue even though I have invoices of them. And I have had nothing but grief from an employee threatening to reject my old car for part ex (even though they already have it in possession) and I will be liable for it and end up with 2 cars on finance and now my anxiety is through the roof! Cut a long story short they have made my life hell
