I believe this is my only satisfactory customer oriented experience in Germany. Christian, who was my advisor spent several sessions (each a 1 hour session) to provide me with all the infomation I needed regarding real-estate, tax optimisation, insurance packages, etc... and the amount of knowledge, expertise and time spent was really valuable.
