Super easy! I had gotten a few quotes, picked the best one for me and my business. Done! It was that simple!

You offered a 350 quote and then came back with 850 from the underwriters. This felt like a bait and switch.

I have used Insureon for a couple of years now. My Account Manager is Shawn Johnson. In the last couple of days, I've called him for business insurance assistance, and he is great! Shawn took the time to explain all the details involved in our customer's requirements and tried different ways to help our company. We feel we have a great business partner that really takes care of our needs.

FAST APP AND GETTING IT ALL TOGETHER. ALSO LIKE THEY ARE WILLING TO CHANGE THE FORM TO ADD CERTAIN CLIENT WHO NEED THEIR NAMES ON IT. COMMUNICATION IS GREAT. I REALLY DO LIKE DEALING WITH THEM AND HAVE FOR YEARS NOW PLUS CHEAP TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE YOUR BUSINESS WITHOUT HURTING YOUR MARGINS

The initial hand off between agents was confusing, but after that the agent Sam Strawser was very responsive and diligent and worked with me to get the insurance, I needed in a timely manner

When I had questions, I could not get in touch with anyone from Insureon! This has happened more than once. Fortunately I was able to contact someone at the Hartford that answered all my questions and addressed my insurance needs. I still have NO IDEA who my 'agent' is supposed to be!

The agent told me my insurance expired after the due date during the 30 day grace period. They never sent me a declaration page after my payment, I had to ask for it, also I'm in the insurance business and know how this works. Poor customer service X10
