Rental Kharma is really helping my credit score

My score did not rise at all . But what it did do is show an open account in good standing .. i guess all it did was help my credit mix, which was already good

I have never met a company (with the exception of Chick-fil-a) that has in all facets displayed professionalism, patience, and simply put.....wants YOU TO WIN!!!! I was having trouble with getting payment history verification from my rental property, and everytime I called Rental Kharma they were willing to try and work diligently to obtain this information. Rental Kharma customer rep Cassie Garrison particularly went above and beyond to assist me with getting this verification process completed. I literally had to walk over to my rental business office to speak with the Property Manager to complete my process. Cassie held the line the entire time while I walked over and spoke with my property manager. She went above and beyond to get this process completed. She was so patient, kind, and thorough. She verified my past rental payments, submitted my account to the credit bureaus and updated my account on the best way to continue to verify my payments each month all on one phone call! Talk about efficiency!!!! I am truly appreciative to know that Rental Kharma have reps like her standing tall for customers like me. This company truly wants to help build your credit and it shows!!! Thanks Cassie, your amazing and I am so grateful for your work!! YOU ROCK!!!!

Very satisfied with service and customer service i would recommend them to family and friends..

Initially, I was very excited about this service but now that I'm in my second month I'm disappointed with the service. When I first signed up and paid my fees I was under the impression based on the companies website that my history would be reported to TransUnion & Equifax. This was simply not true. I have been told 3 different stories as to why this hasn't happened. The last statement I have received was that their system wasn't compatible with Equifax as of yet, 10-25-20. Seems like a bit of false advertising! You must keep in mind that everyone's credit reports are different so it's hard to predict the point increase if any. For me, the best part of the service is the "Length of Credit History" that is reported. It's a shame it's only to TransUnion.

I subscribed to rental kharma and within two weeks it showed on my credit report. It showed my 6yrs of history and boosted my credit score 130 points.

They explained the program,made contact with our landlord and with I a month he had his credit rating 👍. Service has been great am very pleased.

My fiancee signed up for this service 2-3 months ago with the understanding they report to TransUnion and Equifax. It did show up on his transunion, however, he's called several times to find out when it would be reporting to Equifax and they keep telling him "a couple of weeks". It's plainly advertised on their website that they report to both which is not true at this point. I'll be reporting to the BBB as this is ridiculous and false advertising at this point.

I originally was trying to sign up with RentTrak but that seemed like too much work for my landlord and I stumbled upon Rental Kharma. I signed up and paid $70 up front and then they will deduct I think $20 a month later. I waited almost two weeks and noticed my account hadn’t been worked on yet so I emailed and got a quick response from Shaniece ! She was very sweet and professional. Shaniece took care of everything that same day and reported to the credit bureaus. It’s been exactly a week and my credit score went up +38 points !!! Now I’m finally in the 600s and I’m so happy !! Thank you so much Shaniece and the whole Rental Kharma team ! I highly recommend !

I just signed up for the service that Rental Kharma offers. I am waiting to see how things work regarding reporting so I can’t give a full review until I see the difference on my credit report. I must say they have hired great staff. I was privileged to speak with a representative name Chloe. She was super sweet, patient and answered all my questions with ease. The idea is cool and maybe one day the product will do what it says. As of 10-13-20 Rental Kharma reports to ONLY Transunion. Despite several reassurances to include Equifax, it remains as reporting only to Transunion. In addition, the perceived benefit comes with a substantial caveat. While I did see an insignificant increase in my score, I ended up with more "damage" resulting from having the account report. Rental Kharma reports as a "Consumer Finance" company which has caused several lenders to choose not to extend credit to me because consumer finance company looks like payday loans to creditors. If you have "bad" credit maybe it's worth it but if you don't have anything on your credit good or bad, just be patient. It's not worth it unless you got spare bucks.
