Quality of clothes is really nice and quality of embroidery is also really nice. The main issue is is communication and delivery time. I ordered on the 7th October and didn’t receive till 16th November. Admin needs to be improved and need to be asking customers to approve design rather than waiting for them to reach out. I personally wouldn’t order again due to these issues which is a shame as the clothing is really good.

I have made order last week and want to know when my order will be with me. I have sent an email but haven’t received a reply yet?

I accidentally ordered a cardigan customised and it arrived in 2 working days So I ordered the correct size on the 5th August and 10 days later have heard nothing and received nothing. I have left messages on answerphone and emailed but nothing back. A colleague put an order in on 29th July and has received nothing. This is a poor show. I would like either the item I have paid for or my money back.

The quality of the fleece and cardigan is commendable; however, the company's customer service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, I received incorrect items in terms of color and size. I had ordered a small size in black for both items, but instead, I received a blue XS cardigan and a black fleece in size S, which fits more like a large. Despite measuring myself prior to placing the order, the sizing discrepancy is significant.

I had to chase my order, but only took one email and had a quick reply to say it was being shipped that week. My order arrived very shortly after this. The hoody is lovely, great quality and lovely to wear for work. Thank you ❤️

Sent the wrong items and then didn’t respond to my emails for 2 months. Finally got an email back saying they would send me the correct order and then went radio silent again. I have just claimed my money back via my credit card. Terrible customer service, ignorant of complaints and poor service all round. I will never buy from this company again nor recommend them to anyone. Edit in response to feedback: Images have been sent to you and you responded to say you were send me the correct order. I also didn’t get a response when I sent emails regarding returning the wrong items. This is a complete lie.

It has taken a month for my order to be delivered I have emailed many times and have been waiting for responses They responded to One saying we couldn’t find your address? Like okay then contact me instead of leaving it. I am waiting for a refund due to the present not being able to be sent because of how long it has taken! The customer service isn’t very good!

I have sent emails and left several telephone messages and I have still received no reply.. I haven’t even received a confirmation email regarding an order though the money has been taken from my account.. still waiting for my goods which I ordered many many weeks ago now.. my next step I guess is to contact my bank and see if I can have the money returned.. In response to the reply from Wipeout.. I left an email on the day I did the order asking to change one of the sizes and add another hoodie onto it.. I also left a message on your answering machine many many times

I ordered a fleece for work and unfortunately when it came it was too big. I followed the instructions on the website and returned the parcel along with 2 emails explaining I had done so. This was over 2 weeks ago and since then I have been unable to contact this company by phone or received a reply VIA email. It seems impossible to get in touch with any body, I just want a smaller fleece like stated on the return or a refund. The customer experience is very poor from the company.

Purchased and paid for a NHS fleece on the 7th November and i still haven't received my order. Emailed them twice with no reply. Rang several times but just goes on to answer machine saying you are unable to leave a message as the box was full. I cant understand the delay as the fleece i ordered didn't need embroidering. Very disappointed, poor customer service. Wont be buying from them again!!! This is the reply i just recieved Please check your tracking before leaving a negative review. We work extremely hard to provide the products we do. Your order was shipped yesterday & will be delivered Monday. You would of received an email from ourselves & royal with delivery updates.

Used wipeout for school uniforms in the past and now work wear, cant fault them at all, good turn around time and excellent quality. Thank you again
