I've ordered two pieces from Peachy Den (the black deba top and midi skirt) and both pieces were incredible. I was worried that nylon would be uncomfortable or scratchy, but they felt smooth and breathable! Shipping was fast despite the fact that I'm in the US and they're a UK based company. Great eco-friendly packaging as well!

I truly love every item from Peachy Den and I have had a good experience each time. The shipping is always quick, the clothes are a great fabric and my sister and I are repeat buyers here... The one time my item had an imperfection upon ordering, the customer service had no problem sending me a return label and a replacement garment which was a nice and smooth experience. We just bought more of the mimi cargos for our other sisters who wanted them. We are kinda obsessed <3

I’ve accidentally ordered the wrong top completely my fault - i send them an email straight away and i had a response within minutes and a refund followed right after that and was in my account in seconds! Honestly it is so rare to have such a top tier customer service experience these days and I own a business and pride myself in it so it’s fantastic to see a brand who cares about their customers. Over the last few months, I’ve purchased The Kylie Skort and Top, The Cindy Frill Dress, and The Agnes Cropped Cardigan. All of the pieces are to die for. The fit is incredible, the quality is there, and the designs are unique but timeless at the same time. These pieces will live in my wardrobe forever! Also, I’m in the US, and the packages came within a week. I love this brand and am so happy I finally bought pieces from them!

I ordered their Deba midi skirt internationally. FedEx unfortonately had a system-failure and delivered the package in the wrong country. When I contacted Peachy Den regarding the issue, they responded very quickly and offered to send a new skirt without cost. Since I needed the skirt for my graduation just a few days later, they sent it the same day with exspress delivery. Jade, the person responding, was also extremely friendly! Would recommend x

Customer service is shocking. My parcel went missing over 10 days ago now. I’ve emailed numerous times and had no response. I have made a number of purchases over the years and it is sad that when there is an issue they are unwilling to rectify. Very disappointed.

I ordered my items for a long vacations, and it's literally been three weeks and my order still haven't been shipped as promised in the confirmation email. So I request to cancel my orders as I won't be able to receive them and return them in case of any sizing issues etc., while I'm away. Instead of fulfilling my request like the company website stated about the cancel order policy, they just KEPT offering me discount code for my next purchase which would never happen as I don't want to order from them ever again. I just want my money back and not stress about if the items would arrive while I am away for two weeks.

The clothes are amazing! I’ve been purchasing from Peachyden for the last year or so I’d say, from their mimi trousers to skirts, to cardigans and mg latest purchase the Kylie top! The material is amazing and so worth the price. Customer service is also amazing! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
