Overall, a really great experience from start to finish. Ahmed was well versed in the various options and needs of Umrah and shared fresh multiple quotes every time I requested a change. Only thing which stopped me from giving full five stars is how late I got the hotel confirmations and so was a bit stressed out. But Ahmed knew what he was doing so nothing to worry in the end.
