I had a choice of 3 jumpers. I couldn’t decide which one. The staff offered to put all 3 behind the counter, taking them off the website to allow me chance to think overnight. That’s what I call customer service. No pressure to buy; a very personal touch. I am very happy with the one I chose… so thank you.

Staff were helpful but not pushy, which I like! Interesting and large selection of clothes and accessories for all age groups. Hadn’t intended to buy a new coat and leisure suit but they were both perfect for me, size and colour wise! This shop is not cheap, but items are good quality so I feel they charge a relevant price.
