Germany | 11 January 2024I ordered 5 chairs (in stock) 4! weeks ago and don't have any shipping information until now. I wrote several E-Mails, left a massage on the answering machine and tried to contact them via PayPal. Until now there hasn't been any reaction at all.

United Kingdom | 01 November 2023I bought the DSW eiffel style chairs. I really like them however their customer service is appalling. One of the screws attaching the base of the chair to the legs came loose and I am unable to find it. I have emailed, rang them, used their online contact form and their online chat and never had a response. I would be hesitant about buying anything from the company based on their poor (non-existent) customer service. This is a shame as the actual chairs are lovely.

United Kingdom | 20 March 2023Bought some chairs in Etsy and contacted them to request different legs as the colour didn’t work in my kitchen. They were fine and instructed me to return them and they’d exchange. All good. Then nothing. I returned them a month ago and nothing. I’ve sent 2 follow up emails and the person on the mobile they have me had denied any knowledge. Bought via Etsy and no longer trading on there which doesn’t help. Very disappointed as now left with 2 chair seats only and £100 out of pocket.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2023This company does not make it easy for customers return goods. To add insult to injury they have issued me with an E Cheque via PayPal albeit they have had their goods delivered via UPD, at my own expense, delivered on 2 February inst. PayPal have told me that the E Cheque could take until 21 February to clear! This is a disgrace. Use this company at your peril. I have been bitten once never again.
