Had a 200 dollar kayak delivered smashed in the front.Company tried hiding it by putting the damaged end in the plastic sleeve. Totally worthless. This company absolutely sucks. 2nd time getting my stuff delivered torn up. Never again Dicks Sports .I'll never go in your store again or utilize this shipping company.

Excellent company. Delivered garden furniture as specified. Staff were so polite and pleasant. I have notified the company direct to pass on my thanks to their line management and staff directly, as I feel this process often gets missed out . Staff credit to the company. I was well informed of the delivery and given a two hour time slot which in this day and age is unique with some other deliveries giving you a full day range. Items well packaged and handled with care.

Was given at delivery slot of around 14 hours, received a call saying when my delivery would arrive, it arrive on time, meaning I didn’t need wait in all day 👍

I started working with Panther years ago, and then Panther was acquired by this company. The service was already poor before, but with AIT, the terrible service has been combined with an even worse attitude. Despite using their 2-man delivery service, my shipments—packed with 4cm impact-proof barriers on each side—frequently arrive damaged. When you try to start a claim, you’re forced to wait seven days for the invoice to arrive. Conveniently, claims must be opened within seven days, meaning they deliberately delay sending the invoice until the last possible moment—often at 16:30 on the final day—so you can't file a claim in time. If you want your business to fail, work with these cowboys. Otherwise, stay away and warn others to do the same.

Incredible quality mattress delivered with care and very easy to set up. We’ve bought mattresses before but this one puts them all to shame. We’ve bought mattresses before but we haven’t slept this well for years!

A big shoutout to our delivery man last night in Bath. Friendly, extremely helpful and respectful in ensuring our new bed frame got its way up the stairs. Thank you Sir. Amazing customer service. I had a washing machine delivered but they couldn't take it up the stairs even though I had selected this option when placing the order so they refused to deliver. I spoke to Connor Richardson who immediately got down to the bottom of the issue which was that they couldn't go above 2.5 floors and mine was on the 4th. Since it had landings and only eight or so steps on each flight Connor said he could arrange for a special team to come and do it. He deserves full credit for being flexible and finding a solution. He saved a situation which could easily have dragged on, lead to endless frustration, anger and resentment and most likely would have ended in a return with high costs for everyone involved. In short he just made it happen. Thank you !!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Samsung and their partner AIT Home Delivery. I ordered a fridge on 27th Septembe scheduled for delivery on 19th October. From the moment the delivery drivers arrived, they clearly had no intention of completing the job. One of the drivers, Lucian, complained about parking from the start, despite my offer to pay for a nearby spot. It became apparent they simply wanted to finish their day, with Lucian openly saying it was their last job. The most shocking part was being told I should consider using another delivery service! How is that even my responsibility as a customer? To add insult to injury, after the drivers left, I called AIT and was spoken to extremely rudely by Roksana, who said she didn’t blame the drivers at all. As a professional who had taken the day off specifically for this delivery, costing me £300, this response was completely unacceptable. While I was rebooked for a later date, the lack of professionalism, rude customer service, and overall disregard for my time has left me disgusted. I will never use this delivery service again, nor will I purchase from Samsung. I expect compensation for my wasted time and an investigation into the behaviour of the delivery team and Roksana. I am appalled by the way AIT DELIVERY handles its customers, and this experience has been beyond frustrating. Conclusion: Avoid AIT Home Delivery at all costs if you value your time and expect a reliable service.

It is the first time I have received any package from this company. Though I have to say that the portal wasn't allowing me to track the delivery, their customer service team was really helpful. I received a heavy sofa and I would like to thank the driver (Rob) and the companion (Victoria) for assisting us with a smile on their face! I could tell they were tired after a long working day and I wanted to show appreciation for the hard work they do. Thank you Rob and Victoria, please keep on being the lovely people you are! I hope this review enlightens your day!

Another terrible experience from Dunelm and AIT. Duneml saying all goods dispatched to AIT ages ago. All goods planned for delivery today and email and text confirming this on the 22nd. Then 2 hours before delivery AIT text me and say they've not received goods. Who's lying here, Dunelm or AIT??????? No one at businesses taking responsibility and still got my 5K which the Dunelm have had for payment of goods for 5 weeks. This is the 4th time AIT and Dunelm are blaming one another over the last 5 weeks and neither business seems to have a complaints department. They just blame or the situation on someone else. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY SOMEONE
