Have done business with BudK in the past and have always had good experience. This last order has turned into a disaster!! BudK has now decided to use “smart post” or whatever name it goes by. So, packages now sit idle, and don’t move through the system until it absolutely has too, resulting in delayed delivery! Example: package gets picked up by UPS, gets to a location, (Ames IA) on Dec 22. This is 25 miles from my place of business. It has not moved since then!!! Why, because they (BudK) has 7-10 business days!! It won’t until it absolutely has to, (per their contract with BudK (7-10 days)) resulting in delayed delivery of Christmas presents!!!! BudK doesn’t state the use of “sure post” or whatever it’s called. Resulting in cheap unreliable delivery services!!

I have never been dissatisfied with the product and they always go above their limits for their customers

Every time I have ordered from this place they ship me a bent blade. They don't reimburse for shipping and insurance costs, so you (the customer) are the one losing money for their very poor quality control.

Well everything was great easy and affordable, except the fact that I paid $25 extra for the supposed 3 day shipping and it has now been 9 days which today is the day they said it would be here and of course it is still not here not happy with this at all very disappointing after paying extra money and all update I have to give budk there proper respect the refunded me the shipping fee to correct the long wait thank you I will definitely buy from them again

I’ve now ordered 3 knives from budk. The first was a gift and the other 2 were for myself. The Hibben Expendables Bowie is perfect, a real handful. The timber rattler is also a handful. It had what looked like tarnishing on the guard and pommel and some surface rust on the blade. I cleaned up both issues and am satisfied.overall I would definitely recommend budk.

Ordered a OTF knife on NOV 29 and got shipping con on DEC 2 it’s the 11th now still haven’t received knife called support and told me nothing they can do have to wait until the 14th and if it still hasn’t came in they said I could get a refund. The only reason I’m saying anything is because they sent me to order con and tracking number but tracking number gives no information other than they requested a shipping label for USPS but nothing further called post office and they said they don’t have the packages just have sent budk the label to ship it very disappointing.I assume when shipping confirmation was sent that it would be in the mail with in a few days but after 9 days the usps tracking still says the same thing it did on DEC 2nd when they sent me shipping confirmation on top of that I live in KY and shipping label was sent to TN anywhere in TN from where I live isn’t more than 3 hours away I understand the routes mail takes due to just normal operation i understand it can take a few days to go threw those route but 9 days the dam thang could of went to California and back in 9 days

The item (Trench knife) is in fantastic shape, it’s freakin cool. The one thing you guys could do a lot better is, you should get more items made in America.
