Well I love bud I and all but the last order I put in was a order that my wife made for me for my birthday and one of the numbers in the card we used was wrong and I sat for two weeks waiting and waiting for my order . I got a conformation receipt that the order was made and everything. Well i finally call customer service and they tell me about the wrong number and I'm like why didn't anyone call me or send me a email or something. Now i won't get my gift in time for my birthday cause we gotta wait till next month to make the order again . So ya that's the only complaint i have when something like that happens you all need to let the customers know what's going on . By the way I had ordered the gauntlet that has the knife that comes out and the two daggers beside it I've wanted that for so long and now I gotta wait longer sadly.....

I like the knife and would give it a 5 star rating. The reason for the 4 is the shipping. I live a couple of states away from the point of origin. It took a full 10 days to make the trip. I also thought that the shipping cost being 75% of the product cost was a little excessive.

A beautiful, sexy, well balanced saber! Grip is good, no hot spots, comfortable. Comes quite sharpish. I know that the steel's edge-holding qualities aren't the best, but it should be simple to re-sharpen and, besides, I just got it for Zombie-Americans and assorted miscreants. I'd bet that taking a head or limbs would be easy peasy with this baby! ;) Quite flashy way to open the watermellon at the BBQ, and cut up the pig!
