Great service from Louis and the team. Came when they said communication was great, they were friendly and cleaned up well when finished. I had an issue with number of floor tiles which were suppliers issue, when I got replacements Louis came back to replace faulty tiles. Great service overall

The team were friendly, professional and communicative and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. I had some old carpet removed and replaced with Quick-Step vinyl. It was a big job (my flat is Victorian and the original skirting is in place) and there were some unexpected hurdles, but everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I love my new floors and would absolutely recommend this service. Thank you so much!

Terrible communication and rip off pricing. I was giving their card by the flooring superstore to have flooring laid. I called and they said they would send me a quote and availability the same day. Didn’t hear anything for two days, I called to check if they could still do the work and tried several times with no answer. The quote appeared over night with no available dates. I tried calling several times again to ask if I accepted the quote on their online system via the email when the work would actually be done. Again I received no reply. I sent a text message and again got no reply. They just messed me about wasting several days of my time heading towards Christmas making it more difficult for me to find someone else. I was also quoted £360, when I realised I was just being messed about I put a post on the local Facebook page and got a recommendation and the work was done for £250. If you can’t do the work just say, don’t mess people about.

Irvine Improvements recently fitted our new build home with all flooring, both carpet and laminate throughout (3bed). They’ve done a great job! Louise and Natalie communicated excellently putting my mind at rest when any issues arose. They dealt with conflicting tradesmen installing items, they were able to negotiate their way to get the job done. Theres some after care work needing to be completed at a later date being organised with Natalie, again communication is great. Excellent service from start to finish, wonderful job done and we couldn’t be happier. I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone for their services. Thanks again guys!

Delighted with the plaster work carried out by Irvine Improvements. Very professional and always on time.

Outstanding plaster work over the course of a few months. Louis has all but plastered our whole house, the workmanship each time has been outstanding and he leaves the place clean and tidy. I can’t recommend Louis and the team highly enough. A tradesman you really can trust. He’s very busy - but that’s always a good sign!

Always professional and high quality of work

Louie and the team were excellent throughout the project. We initially sought a quote for plastering our flat, however ended up getting them to do a whole range of work. As well as plastering, they dropped ceilings, renewed all doors, timber facings and skirting, put in a loft hatch and ladder, floored the loft, put in vents, new handrails and a complete paint job across the whole Flat. They even fitted our new fire too. The team were very efficient and the quality of work was outstanding. Our doors were not standard size, so this meant a whole refit but this was no problem. We are delighted with the work carried out and would certainly use Irvine Improvements again. Thank you.

Natalie has been brilliant at organising the work I needed. The work was completed to a high standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They put laminate down in my entire bottom floor. They came after someone else let me down. They had a job on in the morning then came to me late afternoon and stayed til quite late at night til it was finished. Tidy and clean and kept me up to date if any issues. Also gave me ideas of any finishes to use and where to get them. Would definitely use again.

Louis and the team were fantastic. Communication was great and they even managed to fit the floor sooner than planned. You can tell it’s a stellar job and looks amazing. Louis, Connor and Max fitted herringbone parquet in our living room, hall, and kitchen. The job was done efficiently and to a high standard- we’re really pleased with the result.
