I’ve been ordering with this company for over a year now, making one or two orders every month. I’ve never had a problem until now. Im missing £120 worh of my order. After numerous emails, phone calls and days worth of trying to get in touch to get either my money back, or new products sent out i have now been ignored. I originally asked for a refund and they wanted to give me ‘store credit’ which this company does not do. I’ve now had to get in contact with my bank to try and resolve the issue. I will not be ordering from this place again!!

Scammers. Ordered items and they tell me they’re out of stock so I asked for refund now they won’t respond to messages. I have actioned a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back

Buyer beware. Taking your money and don’t have stock of the product, I had a phone call with a member of staff taking zero notice of me saying it’s fine just please refund me, carried on just listing products I don’t want or ordered to exchange too. Paid for 2 day delivery 6 days ago and not shown up, order not cancelled and no refund in process as yet. ORDER #15139

Same as many other have reported. Over 3 weeks and still no delivery. I ordered from a different company and received the next day. Called Vape Area to cancel and asked for a refund which they agreed to but did not do. Refund has still not been issued. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There are so many better options out there.

If I could give zero stars I would, this is an absolute scamming $h1t shot of a company! Robbing people’s money and not sending their orders! I ordered 2 weeks ago expecting to receive my order 2 days later, a week went by and after numerous texts they didn’t reply to I received a phone call to say they had no stock then they hung up, I’ve now gone through my credit card company to retrieve the money they owe me! Avoid these theiving pr1cks at all costs!

UPDATE #4 - @Zoe not sure why you’re asking me to share my contact details on a public forum when you already have my email address and phone number since you’ve been liaising with me on both. You stated in a previous reply that you tried to call me, so you clearly have my contact number. In any case, I’m done dealing directly with you. I’ve reported Vape Area UK to Trading Standards and furthermore have been advised by the Citizen’s Advice Bureau that you’re in breach of contract because you’ve neither sent me the goods I ordered AND have failed to provide the necessary refund. I’ve therefore raised a dispute with my bank, requested a charge back which they have now completed and have instructed them to deal directly with you. As I am no longer out of pocket, it’s a matter between Vape Area UK and my bank. You’re a disgrace of a company and I hope fellow customers take their business to a more professional and honest company in order to save themselves a whole load of time and effort to try to recover money owed to them. Please DO NOT reply to this because as far as I’m concerned, this case is closed from my end. UPDATE #03 - Dear “Zoe” - respectfully I am not asking for any pictures to be emailed to me. I can’t imagine what photos you wish to send me anyway. I simply want my refund as your company is now in Breach of Contract. You’ve sold me a product that you’ve failed to deliver and have not issued a refund. End of!! UPDATE #02 - 22/01/2025 - Dear Zoe, following your reply 25 minutes ago, would you mind confirming exactly when you tried to call me yesterday “to make amends”. My phone was with me all day yesterday and I neither received a missed call from you, nor a voicemail to indicate you called me. I’ve also emailed you to ask you to let me know when my refund had been processed but I’ve had no email and no refund either. Please don’t tell mistruths on a public forum just to try to save face. The fact is you’ve been promising to issue the money owed to me for a week now and it’s still not been done. I’ve tried to call you just now but you’re not answering. UPDATE #01 - 22/01/2025 - following the reply below from Vape Area UK, it’s clear that they’re neither not sorry for the service they’ve provided me, nor do they have any intention to rectify their error and refund my money. I’ve been chasing them every day for almost a week and when I spoke to Zoe yesterday morning she advised that she’s waiting for her Manager to issue my refund and tried to feed me some story about them waiting for funds to go into their account in order for them to refund customers…..really!!??? She promised me my money would be refunded by close of business yesterday and guess what….??? NO REFUND STILL. It’s okay though, I’ll make sure I get my money in full and I’ll continue to keep updating in real time so that prospective customers are made aware of just what kind of company they’re planning to hand their money over too and the time and stress it takes to get back what they owe customers!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! Dishonest and untrustworthy company!!! I placed an order over a week ago for six boxes of disposable vapes and three individual vapes knowing that the disposable ban is coming into play soon and so I wanted to stockpile. The company rang me on Monday to advise that with the exception of only six pieces, the rest of my order was in fact out of stock. Surely any company worth their weight would update their website to only include products that are actually available for purchase. However they kept trying to palm me off with offers of alternatives. I’m very particular about which vapes I use and so I asked the lady to refund my entire order instead. She agreed and said it would be processed that evening. That was four days ago and after numerous attempts to call them and email them, I’ve not received any reply from them nor are they taking my calls. Please please please don’t give these cheats a chance to take your money but not deliver the goods. I’m a very loyal customer and had they honoured their word of a full refund, I’d have happily researched big puff vapes and ordered from them but after reading other negative reviews of similar experiences, it’s clear they just take your money under false pretences with zero regard for their customers hard earned money!!

Been using Vape Area for a few months now, always a pleasure, order online and products arrived next day or day after. Had the odd occasion where an item has been out of stock and the staff have contacted me regarding an alternative straight away. Prices are very competative which is why i only buy from Vape area. I know there was some issues with delivery with the recent bad weather but thats no fault of the company and they updated me every step of the way and even sent me a goodwill free gift for the slight delay. Thanks again

Before Christmas I ordered X 2 packs of 10 vapes, one of which was a gift for a friend. I received one package but the other did not arrive. I then received an email from Parcel Force to say they couldn't identify the address on the label, which was obviously down to Vape Area, and subsequently the parcel was going to be returned to the sender. I've sent numerous text messages to their two mobile phone numbers, but no answer. This is the second time that I've experienced issues with this company and will now contact my bank regarding the payment I made by credit card and seek advice on how to recoup monies for something I didn't receive.

awful service placed my order with next day 24 hr delivery. 2 days later no tracking information. I phone them at 10am from the number on their website and the person who answered sounded like they just got out of bed! I then receive a call to say they were out of stock 2 days later. The women on the phone was very rude and lied that they had tried to call me when no one had. I've asked for a full refund as they didn't arrive on time and though the lady seemed intent on sending me new flavours! not happy at all listen to the reviews and avoid these idiots.

Ordered vapes and had to contact them to find out where my order was to be told they didn’t have them in stock, this was 4 days after I placed my order. I requested a refund and sent a number of emails, WhatsApp messages and still haven’t received my money back, managed to get someone by phoning them and was told to send my bank details. Still waiting for refund. This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks. I have used this company a number of times and never had an issue up until now. Don’t use them 😡.

Don't display as a business if your not. Ordered lots of items only to be emailed 3 days on that some or all items not in stock with a number to call which went to voicemail. Next day 50%off email I don't think so ?. Managed to recover money by bank. Avoid this website fake

Always a good experience with Hamza and the vapearea team, could not fault the service, always arrives on time if not early, if a product does go out of stock I get a call and either a changed product or a refund within a day. By far the only company I’ll use and I’m a business owner myself!

Ordered 10 vapes, received call 5 days later to say they didn't have them in stock and selected a replacement. This is the second time this has happened. Although i paid for 2 day delivery at extra cost. these items arrived 9 days after initial order and as expected, only 5 out of the 10 arrived. i have tried to call, but no one ever seems to pick up, i've also emailed and it's been ignored. I have now raised an dispute with my bank to claim 50% of the money back. This company if you can call it that is very poor, they do not update stock levels, take an age to send the items and even when they do only fulfill half the order and then ghost. Shocking customer service
