Due to an inputting error on the card details i made when placing an order the payment scoring system used by the company showed my card as possible fraudulent, ( even though it isn't ) nobody phoned on any of the phone numbers i gave them to inform me of this, i had to phone after 1 week to see where my delivery was, the lady had no time for me and said there was nothing i could do, didn't even offer to re submit the information and the manager really could not be bothered with me eventually when i got through to him and when i asked what we could do to rectify this, unfortunately on this occasion the company has lost out financially, what was an order for £232.00 + VAT for water softener originally was going next week to turn into an order for a Karcher HD 6/13 for each of my 10 depots, for any company who could turn down an order or be so rude for a sale potential of £7521.50 really should change it's way, i will be taking this complaint up with senior managers of the business.

I find the search engine does not bring up all the items in that section for example if I search for mops it only brings up Kentucky mop which I was not looking for and had to ring to get the code this has happened on several items

I wanted Citrus degreaser for cleaning my bike as the alternative from a bike shop was 4 or 5 times the price buying this degreaser was a no brained. Delivery was great. Would buy this product again.
