I have been a client with SignMore for 30 days now. I am absolutely thrilled with the warm customer care I receive everytime I speak to some there. I’ve had my assistant do a sneaky call to check the quality of our dedicated account representatives that are now the friendly helpful first contact our prospective clients have with our company. The set up and onboarding call was comprehensive - they have great technology allowing easy integration with my CRM for only sales prospects, they can make different scripts based on the type of caller need, and SABRINA is such a knowledgeable operations manager and took an hour and half with me to make sure I got every single customization I wanted and specific verbiage of scripting. This has taken a huge weight off my shoulders, as I was missing calls while I was working with other clients. Now I know that my calls are answered 24/7 by US-based trained operators, always professional, and most importantly they JOYFULLY ANSWER MY BUSINESS CALLS! Highly recommend.
