Ordered for a party and everyone commented on the quality and taste, with quite a few people asking where I'd ordered from. The cakes were a huge success, thank you.

A tiny bit disappointing. The marmalade brownie had leaked all over the box, although it tasted divine. The peanut butter brownie was a bit dry, but was ok once I warmed it up. Honestly prefer all the recipies I have cooked from the book which is absolutley amazing!

Great Gift Set. Speedy delivery. Book and baking tray fabulous! Shame we didn’t have a choice for the cake, my partner is not keen on salted caramel! There was a lot of packaging which didn’t seem necessary.

Sent to a friend undergoing chemotherapy. Prompt delivery, really appreciated by the recipient who loved the coffee and the cake (apparently the cake was much better than another recent delivery from a luxury brand).

The brownie and the candles were top notch - DPD delivery not so much. They were unable to get a reply on the specified day (despite somebody being in). I then asked for delivery the next available day but instead “according to my request” - which I had not made - the parcel was taken to the post office for me to collect.

Bake It, Slice It, Eat It This is one cookbook that needs to be on your shelf in the kitchen! Clear and consice recipes that produce mouth watering results. I asked my daughter-in-law if she liked the Lemon Polenta cake and her response was, "I love it so much I have had it for breakfast and lunch!" Thanks guys for a fab cookbook

I recently bought the blackcurrant frangipani tray bake and it was delicious. It’s a really summery flavour and as a gluten free person who has eaten some truly awful GF cakes, this stands out as a favourite. It freezes well too. All round brilliance!

I have created a tradition using exploding bakery to send a large tray of brownies to all my friends and family who have had a baby and need some mid night snacks for survival in the early days. I always get comments on how tasty they are.
