If you open transaction on saturday/sunday and your transactions will be paused to manual review - you will get your crypto on monday but with exchange rate on time of opening transation. 1 star for at least processing transaction 1 star for normal comission -2 stars for fixing exchange rate on date of creating transaction (even if it will be hold for manual review for 2 days)
