Outstanding service. I sent an email to Addison Ross late afternoon regarding a faulty bobbin mill, recently purchased. It was immediately acknowledged and a fuller response followed later that evening. A replacement mill was dispatched the following day. Impressive service which demonstrates this company can be trusted.

Oh! What a joy to look through here! Such beautiful objects to make the home look lovely. I was looking for picture frames and they did not disappoint. A wealth to choose from and all were lovely. I wanted silver, but they had the loveliest enamel frames, so I bought one in a pale blue, one in a darker blue and a silver frame and a double silver frame. And what was really superb was that I was able to download the photos I wanted the frames for and they printed them for me into the frames! And they all go with my blue and white decor exactly. So tasteful. Delivery was incredibly fast, and packaging was just gorgeous! I cannot speak too highly of Addison Ross, and heartily recommend them.

Ordered the leaf green round tray yesterday and it was delivered before 9am today. The tray is perfect. Just what I wanted. Fantastic quality. As a very impatient shopper this was a perfect experience for me! Truly delighted and can recommend this company without reservation. Thank you.

WOW WOW WOW!! What superb frames Addison Ross have. We bought a few silver (plated) ones and a stunning wood frame for a friend. So impressed with the speed of delivery (from UK to Australia), quality of products, presentation and price, that on Wednesday 19th February 2035 we ordered another 4 silver plated frames and yet another wooden one for another friends birthday. They arrived this morning by DHL - in two days!! Addison Ross also offer free addition of photos in frames purchased and gift messages. Their packaging is truly beautiful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Be careful with your health. I have three pepper/salt mills from this company. I have now realised that they have serious material defects that may be hazardous to health. But the company only wants to refund me the price of one mill, as I didn't buy the others from them. Presumably thousands of grinders are affected

Le moulin à sel ne fonctionne pas avec du gros sel marin, du fait de l'humidité probablement. Obligés d'utiliser du sel d'origine terrestre. Problématique lorsqu'on habite au bord de la mer...

J'ai passé commande d'un moulin à poivre et la commande est arrivée très vite ce qui est appréciable cependant j'avais commandé un moulin à poivre orange et la couleur est plus proche du marron que du orange donc je suis très déçue car ce n'est pas ce que je souhaitais. J'aimerai qu'on me propose le changement de couleur, j'ai envoyé un message et j'attends leur réponse car je ne veux pas renvoyer à mes frais le moulin. I purchased the photo frame for my daughter’s wedding photo. It came extremely quickly and was beautiful. Excellent quality, gorgeous colour. The pictures on the website do not do this justice. I am definitely going to buy another.

Easy to order, quick response and delivery next day. This was a gift and it was warmly received and appreciated.

The alarm clock matches my picture frames all in Chiffon. The clock is well made and I like the shape and is working and keeping time. The only problem for me is the hands are a very light colour and for me I would have liked the hands to be darker and more easy to see, My previous clock had black hands and against the white face was so easy to see the hands.

Delivery was swift and, as always, the frame was great quality at a sensible price.

I'm frankly shocked by how poor quality these products are. I have a much larger mill that has a metal collar for the grinder. I also have a slightly larger wooden mill that has an integrated wooden collar. However, the Addison Ross mill ––despite being the most expensive by a country mile–– has a cheap plastic collar that frayed in the first 48 hours leading to the mill no longer working properly. They have not responded to attempts to contact them.

I ordered a salt and pepper grinder because I love the aesthetic, but they are absolutely useless and the grinding mechanism does not work at all. I tried to contact the company to return them and haven’t been able to get in touch. I would not recommend this brand at all and honestly feel that it is a social media con. Totally regret wasting my money.

Addison Ross get it right every time. I have purchased multiple frames for different people as gifts and have never been disappointed. The option to add in the photo you want makes my life so much easier and the frames come beautifully presented in gorgeous gift boxes. I recommend them to everyone!

The website states “next day delivery on all items” but I ordered on a Saturday and received the frame on the following Thursday. There was a bank holiday but still, not close to a next day delivery. Worse still was the frame itself. It feels very cheap, light with a plastic feel. Not worth 40 pounds! I have since since found, nicer, metal Addison Ross frames in Homesense for 9 pounds. I feel completely ripped off.
