This firm is great. They first came out for an emergency call on 24th December 2024, and then I arranged a follow up appointment to clear the non-emergency problems for February 2025. They are incredibly professional, highly reliable, explain exactly what they are going to do, why that is necessary, what has caused the issues etc. They have high pressure equipment, clean up after they have finished. Very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Terrible driving! I got given way by oncoming traffic and was blocked by 1 of your company vans LC74VPV on 17 December, I didn't care but he followed on my blocking a man and his child from crossing the road and then confronted them and asked them what the f*** they're doing and said he didn't see them. I told him he didn't see me either and he swore again and said "I didn't see you, I was on my phone". Get this engineer fired and banned from driving aswell as installing anything gas related as this requires attention and safety!

We had PureFlo come over on a Sunday, when we had an emergency with our gutter. They were polite, and willing to go the extra mile to take pictures of the damage so that we could understand what happened and fixed the issue within 2 hours. Yes, it was an expensive job, but PureFlo were the only ones who could come at such short notice and fix our problem.

I recently called PureFlo Plumbing + Heating when water came gushing through my Nan’s bedroom ceiling. They sent a lovely engineer called Hussein who was polite, friendly and professional throughout. He fixed the leak quickly and even cleaned the room up for us! Amazing engineer, amazing company

Simply the best!

You've got to spend money to save money! We've had PureFlo over twice now, both great experiences. Yes the hourly rate is high, but their engineers work quickly and efficiently, fixing problems beyond their original brief. We have definitely saved money using Pureflo compared to trying to use a cheaper independent plumber. Further to that, everyone has been polite & friendly - great communication and customer service all round. Can't wait for next time!
